Atlassian SDK 没有 "install" 开箱即用的 JIRA。如果您从插件项目中发出 atlas-run，SDK 将通过 Maven 获取 JIRA 实例的所有必要依赖项，并将 JIRA 的开发版本安装到当前插件的 target 文件夹中。

我建议通过 atlas-create-jira-plugin 从头开始创建一个干净的插件，因为 refapp 可能已经过时了。
