可能有错字，区分大小写。当您执行 Chart.chart_title 时，您指的是 class Chart 而不是您的 chart 对象。同样，ChartTitle.has_text_frame 指的是 class ChartTitle 而不是你的 chart!

安装此 pptx 包并调试后（我在 chart.has_title 等上出错），我认为你需要：

chart.chart_title.has_text_frame=True
chart.chart_title.text_frame.text='Response Time in Seconds'

chart.chart_title.has_text_frame=True
