问题在于：您开始 Activity2 时处于纵向模式，然后返回 Activity1 时处于横向模式。但是因为您执行了方向更改，Activity1 的视图层次结构被破坏并创建，因此不再有最初开始转换的 View。

您可以做的是使用 Activity#setExitSharedElementCallback() API. There's a bit of work to do to handle that situation though, which I've already described step-by-step in my 答案将旧视图重新映射到新视图。
