如错误所说，问题是getWeather方法的第三个参数没有注解。 Callback class 用于 Call#enqueue(Callback) 方法。

简单改变

sForecastClient.getWeather(latitude, longitude, callback)

到

sForecastClient.getWeather(latitude, longitude).enqueue(callback)

并删除第三个参数。

尝试一下，修改你的改造版本号为2.6.0。 Retrofit 2.6.0中协程的使用可以直接return一个Response对象。如果不需要await()，Retrofit会自动调用。版本低于2.6.0.
