这不是一个正确的修复方法（不要这样做），但它对我有用。转到超级用户模式，然后执行 npm install 和 sudo.

在我从 NodeJS 6.10 升级到 8.10（更重要的是，升级到 NPM 5.6.0）后，我在安装 chimp（不是来自 git 存储库）时遇到了完全相同的错误。问题是 npm 5 处理权限/目录的方式与 npm 4 非常不同。
