=>1) 在 php.ini 中更改 max_execution_time = 180000 -- 并且 --memory_limit = 2G

2) 删除数据库，重新创建并重新启动 wamp

3) 刷新并重新安装 Magento2

比我认为完成但又遇到新问题 :D

每次都安装到94%不完整

=> 1) 所以你进入 yourfolder\app\code\Magento\Tax\Setup\RecurringData.php 你把这行放在第 69 行之后 如果（空（$taxRateData->getData（'percentage_rate'）））继续；

//安装后我删除了第 70 行

2) 刷新安装页面，完成:)

我试了一个星期，总是卡在 72% 上，什么都试过了，然后我决定在没有样本数据的情况下安装，并立即安装。
