我能够通过恢复到我的旧证书文件并将 "VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5" 证书部分粘贴到其中（来自 cacert.pem）来解决这个问题。这感觉有点像 hack，但我在引用 cacert.pem.

在安全方面将验证对等设置为 false 我觉得不舒服。
