    应该是

    int count;
    while ((count = inputStream.read(buffer)) > 0) {
        out.write(buffer, 0, count);
    

    目前您在流的末尾写入垃圾,并且数据比您向对等点通告的数据多,因此对等点与应用程序协议不同步。

  2. 命令读取问题:

    dataInputStream.read(buffer, 0, len);
    

    这是您阅读命令的地方。应该是:

    dataInputStream.readFully(buffer, 0, len);
    
  3. file.delete();fos = new FileOutputStream(file); 之前是多余的。
