你的 family 参数放错地方了。它应该在 glm() 调用中,而不是 summary() 调用中。

summary(glm(Y ~ X1+X2, data=d, family=binomial(link='logit')))

如果您不将家庭包含在 glm() 中,它将进行高斯(线性)回归。
