无法安装 gulp-angular

当我运行通过安装问题时，它就弹了出来，靠噶。

我在 ubuntu 14，在 Vagrant box 中，节点 v0.10.37，npm 2.7.5

Template processing error on file karma.conf.js

我不得不对所有 npm 命令使用 sudo。这正常吗？

根据 github 问题，从 app/files.[=21= 中删除对 karma.conf.js 的引用] 完成了任务。

我想官方会在某个时候修复。
