感谢微软新推出的烂操作系统Win 10，现在默认情况下应用程序无法访问c:/user/[用户名]/AppData/，因为该目录的所有者属于TrustedInstaller，我只花了1/2 hr 通过 将此目录及其子目录的所有者 更改为我自己来解决这个搞砸了 Windows 10 配置。
