订购者似乎找不到配置文件。当你运行:

export FABRIC_CFG_PATH=$PWD

你运行从哪里来的？如果您运行从 fabric 的 orderer 目录中获取它，那不是配置文件所在的位置，它们实际上位于名为 sampleconfig 的文件夹中的一个目录中。您应该将 FABRIC_CFG_PATH 设置为那个。
