2016 年 7 月 2 日之后购买的应用程序可以通过 Google Play 家庭图书馆在关联帐户内共享，请参阅 user manual, this will also explain how to enter (allowing you to see if it is enabled in your conutry). If you want people to allow your customers to share purchases from before that, you have to give explicit permission。
