您应该将 svg 文件分成 2 个不同的路径...一个路径中的主徽标和另一个路径中的标语。然后您可以将形状渲染选项分别应用于每个路径。如果你输入:

在标语线上,它会使用较少的抗锯齿并使小像素不会模糊。您可以探索所有形状渲染选项,并决定 svg 是否适合您在这种情况下使用。

如果您希望文本在 SVG 中以如此小的尺寸看起来清晰,最好的解决方案是调整字形形状,以便更好地适应像素边界。

下图说明了我的意思。在我的编辑器中,我打开了 148x45 网格以匹配输出大小。然后我调整了字符形状,使它们更好地位于像素边界内。黑色形状是原始路径形状,灰色是调整后的版本。我寻找跨越像素边界的字形部分,并调整它们,以便不再这样做。您想特别关注字形的垂直和水平词干。

在下图中,"D" 的右侧在网格线下方 运行。我将该部分向右移动了一点,使其完全位于下一列像素中。我本可以把那部分移到左边,但我不想让这个角色看起来太窄。在 "N" 的情况下,我只是将它向左移动了一小部分。
