Android studio 3 cannot download repository (error: Failed to download SHA1 for resource)

Question

更新之前，我使用 SDK 管理器来更新支持库。但在更新 android studio 3 之后，我应该通过 https://dl.google.com/dl/android/maven2/ 进行更新。所以我需要支持库 26.1.0.
