No package 'libffi' found

在错误提示中是对的：
No package 'libffi' found
您需要通过发行版的包管理器安装 libffi 和 libffi-dev (yum、apt-get、等等）在 pip 安装之前。他们的名字可能因平台而异。
对我来说，在 Windows 10 上使用 python 3.5.3rc1，pip install cairocffi 失败了。做pip install cffi足以让它成功。
即使安装了 libffi6 libffi-dev，也无法正常工作。终于可以使用了：
pip3 install -U pip
pip3 install -U setuptools
pip3 install --no-cache-dir cairocffi
