Is there a way to make this area as input ready?

不，对不起。外部显示器在标准 Android 中仅显示。您可以在主显示器（例如，您的 phone 或平板电脑）上收集输入，并使用它来影响外部显示器上的内容（例如，在 WebView)，仅此而已。
