从视图中的表单来看，我看不出您将提交名为 :plan_id 的参数。也许 post 您来自日志文件的参数，以确保计划的 ID 在那里。否则，您必须调整表单以包含计划的 ID。该计划将以 @plan 的形式出现，因此您可以包含一个隐藏字段：
