Bnd 4.0 尚未发布。所以它目前不在maven central中。

此外，您需要确保 Felix 框架的版本能够理解 Java9 并且能够正确提供 Java9 ee.

正如我在中提到的，我们依赖于 enroute 2.0，它提供了 org.eclipse.osgi 的旧版本。手动更新到 3.13 后，Require-capability 的问题已消失。
