Resharper：文件 header 文本不会自动用于新文件

我正在使用 VS2010、Resharper 8.0.1、StyleCop 4.7.45。

我在 resharper 选项中定义了一个文件 header 文本，并且（错误地）假设它会在重构时使用（使用 "move class to a new file to match file name" 函数）。这也不使用可以修改的 Visual Studio 文件模板（请参阅 How do I edit the Visual Studio templates for new C# class/interface?）。

有没有办法启用该行为，或者我总是必须在之后手动触发代码清理？
