ASP.NET MVC 部署到 iis 不自动编译

Question

我有一个 ASP.NET(Framework4.6.1) MVC 项目，如果我部署到IIS是整个项目，它就可以工作。但是如果我只更改一些.cs 或.cshtml 文件，iis 将不会重新编译

Can I just change some of the .cs or .cshtml files to allow iis to be recompiled instead of uploading the entire project each time?
