Fatal error: Class 'PHPUnit\Framework\TestCase' not found.

所以，当我不放置 pharlocation 时，它会找到测试，但如果我放置 pharlocation，它就不起作用。

这是因为 Phing 2.* 它与新的 PHPUnit 命名空间不兼容。

旧命名空间：PHPUnit_Framework_TestCase
新命名空间：PHPUnit\Framework\TestCase
