您可以使用 initOwner() 方法将弹出阶段置于其父级 window 的中央，假设 popup 是一个阶段：

popup.initOwner(globals.getPrimaryStage())

看起来您每次调用操作时都在创建一个新的 popup 并根据 primaryStage 大小设置大小。如果您想让它记住您自己的尺码，您需要在 popup 关闭时的某个时候保存这些尺寸。

首先我注意到获取舞台高度包括顶部栏 ( - [] X )。这就是弹出窗口不能正确垂直居中的原因。为了解决这个问题，我添加了 .getScene()，然后添加了 .getHeight()。

其次，我现在将其更改为以下内容：我这样做是为了在单击按钮时创建弹出窗口。因此，我没有制作 1 个 jfxpopup，而是覆盖了指向弹出窗口的指针，让垃圾收集器完成剩下的工作。
