命令没有在 macos 终端中执行，为什么？

我安装了 ZSH，Composer，Laravel 安装程序；
在 $PATH 的 ~/.zshrc 中我添加了“~/.composer/vendor/bin”。
当我执行echo $PATH时，我得到字符串：

但是当我尝试执行

laravel new blog

我收到一条错误消息

zsh: command not found: laravel.

如果我创建一个别名 - 它工作正常。

作曲家没有别名也无法工作。

~/.zshrc in $PATH i added "~/.composer/vendor/bin"

"~/" 从 ~/.zshrc 获取时将不会扩展您需要使用目录的完整路径（即 /Users/groovyme/.composer/vendor/bin）或一个环境变量，例如 $HOME，它将扩展到该完整路径。
