我找到了解决问题的办法。我没有使用 startForeground(id, notification) 启动服务,而是使用 notificationManager.notify(id, notification) 瞧!有效。我收到了所有 6 条通知。

但是当我想显示通知时问题仍然存在,即使该应用程序被最近的应用程序杀死。 Android Oreo 限制应用程序显示后台通知,因此它迫使我使用 startForeground(id, notification)。因此,我回到原点。有人吗??
