但是当我删除依赖项时 implementation 'com.android.support:design:27.1.1'
然后错误消失并且 gradle 构建成功。

C:\dev\hyperoptic.infinity\mobile-fit\app\build\intermediates\incremental\mergeDebugResources\stripped.dir\layout\activity_spine_build_job_report.xml: error: file failed to compile.
这意味着我们需要删除xmlns，因为在编译时xml它出现在三个地方！
所以，删除 xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android" 解决了这个问题。
检查 arrays.xml 或 strings.xml 中任何字符串值的撇号 (')，并确保在其前添加反斜杠 (\)
