不幸的是，由于美国的制裁，Jcenter 阻止了来自伊朗的请求。您可以使用 Hotspot Shield 连接到 Jcenter，其他 VPN 提供商可能无法正常工作。我建议您通过以下更改更新您的 gradle：

1- 在 android/build.gradle

中将 gradle 版本更改为 classpath 'com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.1.1'

2- 将 distributionUrl 从 android/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties 更改为 distributionUrl=https\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-4.4-all.zip
