以米为半径画圆

我需要用 ArcGis android sdk 围绕一个点画一个圆，但是没有圆 class 只有一个多边形。现在我的想法是使用多边形并计算一定距离（以米为单位）的中心点周围的点数，但事实证明这比我想象的要棘手。

有人知道怎么做吗？
