TCL regsub 到变量？

$mouse 在这个 proc 中不存在。它不是作为参数传递的，也不是使用 set 创建的。但是它存在于全局命名空间中。达到它的一种方法是在这种情况下使用 uplevel：

    uplevel puts $key3

我经常使用的另一个选项是 upvar 将变量放入内部（尽管在这种情况下，我们不再需要 $）：
