Unhandled Exception: System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'java.lang.System' threw an exception. ---> System.BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

我在 "Run as Administrator" 模式下通过命令提示符卸载了 Blaze Advisor 和运行 msi 文件。这样问题就解决了，我可以运行 "Blaze Advisor"。请注意，如果您只是双击 MSI 文件，它将无法正确安装。谢谢
