当您读取用户的选择时,您会小心地删除 fgets() 存储在缓冲区中的尾随换行符,但您不会对读入数组的数据应用相同的处理。您的文件似乎每个字段都在单独的行上,因此您读入数组的数据中确实有换行符。因此比较失败,因为字符串确实不同。

最简单的解决方案是停止从用户输入中删除尾随换行符。这段代码还有很多其他问题,但进行更改至少应该让它在您询问的方面正常工作。
