对于 CA 证书，您定义 Path 而不是 File

SSLCACertificatePath "c:/wamp/bin/apache/apache2.4.9/conf/key/gd_bundle-g2-g1.crt"

应该是

SSLCACertificateFile "c:/wamp/bin/apache/apache2.4.9/conf/key/gd_bundle-g2-g1.crt"
