,但是您的 odoo 安装脚本由于缺少权限而无法创建 /odoo/custom/addons
目录,但该目录是列为插件目录。因为该目录甚至不存在,所以 odoo 服务器无法启动。
另外,当odoo服务启动失败时,您应该提供日志文件,否则我们无法提供您服务器启动失败的原因。

,而不是 /home
