我解决了。问题是我试图通过 brew 安装，它在默认设置中不使用 --enable-developer=yes 选项。

我必须编辑公式并重新安装才能获得 openDirectory 驱动程序。

$ brew edit freeradius-server
add: --enable-developer=yes
save the formula
$ brew reinstall -s freeradius-server
