来自the plugin documentation：

Remove prefix
If this option is specified then all of the files that are selected in Source files must start with this path prefix, the publish will fail if a file is selected for transfer and is not below Remove prefix.

"Source files" 值看起来正确，但您输入的 bin 为 "Remove prefix"，即使您的 none 工件似乎具有 bin 作为顶级目录。
