问题是在 MainWindow 的构造函数中,您在堆栈上创建了一个 keyboard。在此构造函数的末尾,调用了 keyboard 的析构函数,因为您使用的是智能指针,它会析构所有 new pianoKey(..);,因此将它们从场景中移除。 (这是因为 Qt 很聪明,当你在 QGraphicsSceneItem 上调用 delete 时,它会在释放内存之前将其从场景中移除)

只需改用:

QVector<pianoKey*> vec;

无论如何删除场景时,所有项目都会被智能删除,因此在这种特定情况下不建议使用智能指针。
