有没有人用过写服务，连接OTRS的ITSMChangeManagement？这个东西有没有API？我需要喜欢 GenericTicketConnector。谢谢。

不，ITSMChangeManagement 没有任何内容。社区版的GenericInterface只能使用Tickets、FAQ和ConfigItems
