对于react-nativeinit方法（没有expo），运行：
npm start -- --reset-cache
(正在使用expo-cli的人应该代替上面的运行 expo start -c)
上述命令对我来说等同于删除 %temp%/metro-cache 目录。
但是，按照建议 删除 ~/.babel.json 文件（在 Windows %userProfile%/.babel.json 文件上）仍然不会有什么坏处，我的意思是，我已经测试过 above-mentioned 命令没有删除 and/or 更改 .babel.json 文件。
