PgAdmin3：服务器不听
PgAdmin3: Server doesn't listen
我知道这是常见问题，但到目前为止我已经尝试了几乎所有方法（我在 Windows 8 上使用 3-1.18.1 版本的 pgadmin 并连接到 localhost:5432） :
1）我的主机文件包括行
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 localhost
2) 我已尝试使用以下方法创建和加载 postgressql.conf：
port = 5432
listenaddresses='*'
3) 重新安装 pgadmin（起初我是用 1.20 尝试的）
4) 关闭我的 Windows 防火墙

pgAdmin is only a client tool. It does not include the database
server. It's the other way round: if you install the Postgres server
