Jetty 不加载任何 servlet

事实证明：不是包裹扫描出了问题；这是一个相互矛盾的背景。不知何故，Jetty 认为两个重叠的上下文应该默默地失败。在我的特殊情况下，Jetty 中有一个默认的 root 目录，其中包含一个示例 Web 应用程序。删除它解决了问题。
