localhost:8050 上的 Scrapy 飞溅连接被拒绝

我已经按照 windows 8.1 中的官方文档安装了 scrapy-splash，但是当我访问 http://localhost:8050/ 时，出现连接被拒绝的错误

运行: docker run -p 5023:5023 -p 8050:8050 -p 8051:8051 scrapinghub/splash
