You can add gmail id(s) from the Chrome Developer Dashboard section and your friend's can install the Chrome extension by Signin with their gmail id:

步骤如下：
1) 登录您的 Chrome DashBoard
2) 从字段中添加逗号分隔的 gmail id(s)
a) Chrome 仪表板的基本外观：您的开发者账户 -> 编辑您的测试者账户
b) Chrome 仪表板的更新外观：设置 -> 受信任的测试人员帐户
3) 点击保存。

添加测试员帐户后，您的朋友可以使用他们的 gmail 登录 Chrome 网上应用店，无需付费即可安装 Chrome 扩展程序。
