问题出在 my.cnf 文件

bind-address           = 127.0.0.1

因此默认情况下 mysql 配置为仅在本地连接。我们需要注释此行以允许 mysql 从另一台笔记本电脑连接。在此之后我们仍然需要所有权限等。这是增加的安全级别。
