itemsList = try! Realm().objects(Items.self).filter("list_id = \(list_id)").sorted(byKeyPath: "item_category"

至此

itemsList = try! Realm().objects(Items.self).filter("list_id = '\(list_id)'").sorted(byKeyPath: "item_category"

在“(list_id)”周围添加单引号。
