gRPC 团队在跟踪添加 3.8 预编译轮 https://github.com/grpc/grpc/issues/20615 时遇到问题。目前，3.8 轮仅适用于 Linux，不适用于 Windows 或 macOS。我会推荐：

1. 切换到 CPython 3.7；
2. 通过深入了解编译错误来帮助社区。
