我不明白其中一些消息的含义。其中一行还说，"no space left on device" 这没有意义，因为它是一个 500 GB 的 SDD，几乎是空的。

无论出于何种原因，Ubuntu 服务器的初始安装出现问题，系统仅注册我的驱动器上有 4 GB。结果，我重新安装了 Ubuntu 服务器并自行纠正，现在有足够的 space 来安装软件包。

您可以使用它来使用 apt 包管理器来安装 dplyr 和依赖项，而不是在任何 ubuntu（对我来说适用于 18.04 和 19.10）：

sudo apt-get install r-cran-dplyr
