回答我自己的问题，问题是容器无法接收连接，我不确定为什么，cos config 对我来说看起来不错，但可行的解决方案是将容器初始化为 https://www.testcontainers.org/modules/databases/#database-containers-launched-via-jdbc-url-scheme
