您收到错误是因为您的 jar 文件仅包含 App.class 本身，而不包含所有依赖项。您可以包含所有 pcap4j jar，您的程序依赖于 maven 程序集插件。您必须将以下配置放在 pom.xml 的 <build> ... <plugins> 部分中。注意 不在 <pluginManagement> 部分 !!!
