我遇到的问题与 Git 处理发布的方式有关。在这种情况下，有一个预发布版本 (Release name/Tag: v0.0.1)，这是我在查询所有版本时得到的结果。一旦我删除了这个预发布版，我一无所获，但后来意识到其他 'releases' 中的 none 曾经发布过。
在发布了几个版本之后，我终于得到了一份 已发布 版本的列表。然后所有其他命令也按预期工作。
所以，没有严重的问题或错误。只是 DevOps 管道新手的一些小错误。
