Error Implementing Breadth First Search using adjacency list In C++

只有当我输入一个复杂的图形时它才会给出错误,但是当我输入一个简单的图形时它会给出答案,我不知道出了什么问题。

adj = new list<int>[v + 1]; // add + 1
